Mirramu Dance Company presents Australian contemporary dance in both traditional and alternative venues.
Formed in 2002, Mirramu is directed by well-known Australian dance pioneer Elizabeth Cameron Dalman, assisted by dancer/choreographer Vivienne Rogis, who have been working together since 1997.
Mirramu believes in sharing and communicating through the creative process, inviting artists from different disciplines to guest with the company. Much of its work is done in an inter-disciplinary and cross-cultural context with high levels of community involvement via workshops, forums and events associated with each professional production.
